Terms and Conditions
BOOKING AND PAYMENT CONDITIONS.
While we commit ourselves to make our tours, safaris and transfers more possible and affordable, to secure a booking we always recommend 50% deposit to be paid when booking and balance be paid anytime or day before the tour starts.

For the payment method we accommodate the preferred method by the clients. Please feel free to advise us about the method you prefer. i.e. Online payment or EFT payment.

For cancellation, both client and the company are entitled for cancellation under the following conditions:

Cancellation by clients
100% refund 30 day notice

65% refund 20 day notice

0% refund 10 day notice

Our tours and safaris rates are charged per person sharing or at single rate for only one person. For transfers only we charge per car or vehicle.
